This series of three 45 minute workshops, will help you realise how important self-compassion is, and how it can completely transform your life. 

Self-compassion has been proven to have remarkable effects on your overall happiness, motivation and resilience, while reducing anxiety, depression and stress. 

A selection of guided meditations and practical tools will help you to relate to yourself in a more loving way. 

The workshops can be attended in sequence or you can attend them as drop in classes.

Workshop one: The benefits of self compassion and RAIN meditation

Workshop two: Self compassionate movement and body scan

Workshop three: Practical tools and Compassion and Loving Kindness meditation

Cost: R250 per workshop or R650 for all three.
