It's been quite a year and we all need to find a way to deal with the anxiety and worry that comes with such uncertainty.
In this mini-retreat we'll explore the core principles of mindfulness and how bringing your attention into the present moment can stop you getting caught up in cycles of obsessive thoughts and worries.
Whether you're a beginner or a more experienced meditator, this morning will be a real gift to yourself, giving you time and space to find peace and calm inside.
We'll be practicing a number of different meditation techniques and some gentle movement and stretching to enable you to reconnect with the present moment and with yourself.
