Donation

Some of my courses are taught on a donation basis. This gives me the opportunity to share what I have learnt freely, without expecting anything in return. It also ensures that no one is turned away due to lack of funds. But perhaps most importantly it gives you the opportunity to practice real generosity and experience the joy of giving with an open heart. If you feel like you have benefitted from what you have learnt, I encourage you to donate, whatever amount you can afford, to enable me to continue providing these classes freely. Think of it as paying it forward and covering the cost of a future student to learn mindfulness.
